Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit will be retained. If you cancel 29 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be due. For later cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price of the missing nights. To avoid any unpleasant cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (European travel insurance) yourself (you can find the link on our homepage).

Holiday destination
The "Weindorf Marling" is situated at an altitude of 363 meters, in close proximity to the spa town of Meran. Nestled between fruit orchards and vineyards, this small village stands out with its typical hilly landscape and the imposing parish church.
In winter, various ski resorts can be reached within a 20-30 minute drive.
In the village, you'll find restaurants, small grocery stores, a pharmacy, a doctor, a bus stop, and a train station for the Vinschgau Railway, which offers a convenient way to take a trip into the beautiful Vinschgau. The entrance to the Marlinger Waalweg is a 20-minute walk away.
Getting there
By car:
From the Brenner motorway A22, take the exit at Bolzano Sud, then onto the expressway towards Merano, take the Marling exit, towards Marling Centro. Turn left at the church, then left again after 30m. After about 200m, you will reach Pardellerhof.
If you are coming via the Reschen Pass, turn right towards Marling immediately after the Forst brewery.
By train:
from Merano station: bus line 212 to the village center of Marling.
From Marling station (Vinschgau railway): bus line 212, or a 20-minute walk.

Wir haben uns im Pardellerhof sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Whg. Pinot war schön, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage. Tolle Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank liebe Familie Eccli-Mitterer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns spontan für den Pardellerhof entschieden und hatten dort eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super-modern und gerade frisch renoviert. Wir wurden herzlich von Frau Mitterer empfangen und haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Südbalkon ist wunderschön und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit die exzellenten Weine zu probieren und direkt ab Hof zu erwerben, es lohnt sich :)
Der Pardellerhof ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
