In Pieve di Teco, located 5 km away, you can admire medieval arcades and taste regional products. Especially in the high summer, bathing in the pools of the small river is a welcome change from the beaches of the Riviera. The best shopping can be found at the markets in Imperia and in the great shops.
Holiday destination
Feel at home upon arrival: The holiday apartment comes equipped with bed linen, towels, and garden furniture.
On Saturdays upon arrival, there is a Ligurian pasta evening available upon request, exclusively for guests of Casa Capinera.
On Sunday morning, you can brunch with a view of the mountains, and on the last evening, Friday, there is a genuine Ligurian menu including wine available for pre-order.
Hikes and also shorter walks with a sea view can be started directly from the house.
Getting there
Take the Genoa/Ventimiglia motorway, exit at Albenga, continue towards Pieve di Teco, shortly before Pieve at the roundabout towards Imperia, after about 2 kilometers turn right towards Colle San Bartolomeo, at the end of Colle San Bartolomeo turn left towards Cartari, after about 2 kilometers on the left is La Capinera.

Wir haben wunderbare, sehr italienische 2 Wochen in der Casa Capinera verbracht, mit maximaler Erholung und Entspannung. Benny ist eine großartige Gastgeberin und schon am 2. Tag hatten wir das Gefühl schon ganz lange da zu sein. Wieder abzureisen ist eigentlich völlig sinnlos.
