"We, a family of 4, stayed at this flat in Manerba del Garda for 10 days. The flat is new, nice and convenient with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a good size balcony facing the lake. There’s part lake and mountain view which is beautiful at all times of day. The pool is nice and clean. Depth is 1.50 m - there’s no shallow end. It’s great with an in door car park!The area is beautiful. The camping site across the street are not fond of letting non campers in but they do allow to go to the shop or pizzaria, which doesn’t do take away. There’s a 10 min walk to a good stony beach with restaurants, rentals etc. Food shops and other are driving distance. The check-in and out with Wonderful Italy at their office in Desenzano is easy and friendly and they’re very helpful. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and can highly recommend this flat"

"We had a amazing stay, the apartment is located in a complex (Wanda) which is about 20-25 minutes walking from the old city center of Desenzano. The complex is modern and quite new, it comes also with a excellent pool area. The apartment itself is modern and clean and has all the required items. From our point of view the pricing is spot on with quality delivered. Only minor down side is the noise from nearby apartments or houses (such as dogs barking or TV volume for example), but this is only during short time span in the evening and during the day and night the place is quite peaceful and calm. We really enjoyed our stay and it is well located to explore the area around Lago di Garda. We definitely can recommend this apartment and the communication with Holigarda was very good (fast replies and proactive communication)."
"Da uns kurzfristig eine andere Wohnung abgesagt wurde, waren wir sehr froh über das neue Haus und die persönliche Betreuung. Es waren die notwendigsten Lebensmittel schon vorhanden, was immer sehr hilfreich ist. Es gab zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein, danke. Wir kochen gern, da half eine sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit genug Geschirr. Sonst war alles sehr sauber und die nötigen Wäschepakete lagen bereit. Im Haus gibt es Spiele, Reiseführer und Bücher. Die Gegend um Garda mit kleinen Weihnachtsmärkten war sehr schön. Es wurde für uns vorgeheizt, da es im Winter nachts doch recht kalt ist. Silvester hatten wir einen sehr guten Rundumblick. Alles in Allem eine schöne gewachsene Anlage, mit sehr guter Gaststätte direkt am Wohnpark."
