"Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in einer tollen, sauberen Finca. Die Ausstattung in der Küche habe ich so noch in keiner Finca angetroffen. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Als Willkommensgeschenk standen in der Küche auf einem Tablett eine Weinflasche, Espressokapseln, Süssigkeiten, Spaghetti und Soße und ein sehr netter persönlicher Brief. Eine nette Geste. Die Klimanlagen in allen Zimmern waren im Sommer sehr wichtig. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche waren sehr groß, also kein Platzmangel für Familien. Die Außenanlage war wunderschön und ganz toll bewachsen. So hatte man ein angenehmes Gefühl der Privatsphäre. Der Pool war recht groß und sehr angenehm in diesen heißen Tagen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca."
"We had a fantastic week long stay at this beautiful townhouse in Pollenca. An outstanding and wonderful building with everything we needed . It has been renovated to a very high spec and the kitchen was a dream for us as we love to cook. Aesthetics were truly superb. The outdoor space with a beautiful pool and ambience was so relaxing to chill out and totally destress especially in the Mallorca heat of the day. A stones throw from all the restaurants and shops and but so peaceful. We absolutely loved our stay.and highly recommend. Thank you"

"Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern für 2 Wochen in dieser Finca. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Es gibt kleinere Mängel über die wir hinweg sehen konnten. Z.B. könnte die Außenbestuhlung mal erneuert werden. Die Aufteilung ist für 2 Familien optimal und die Lage ist super! Miguel, der Besitzer, ist jeden Morgen und Abend vor Ort und kümmert sich um seinen Garten. Er spricht leider nur spanisch aber ist super lieb, er hat uns mit frischen Eiern, Zucchini, Zwiebeln und Feigen versorgt. Um unsere kleine Ameisenplage, wofür der Besitzer nichts kann, wurde sich wirklich SOFORT gekümmert. Der Hund auf dem Grundstück ist super Kinderlieb, unsere Kinder vermissen ihn schon sehr :) Was noch wichtig zu sagen ist, der Pool ist durchgehend 1,60 tief und nicht wie beschrieben!"
"This rustic house is located at a very peaceful location, close to mountain paths and with sheep ( the owner, Felipes) just on the other side of the fence. It is absolutely undisturbed, but still close to beautiful scenic towns like Pollenca, Alcúdia and Inca. And the owner Felipe is a true star, who came in person and repaired an outdoor lamp we used for our cardplaying in the warm Mallorcan nights. On a sunday no less! And he gave us a tour of his lands. Can only heartily recommend, we were sad to leave"
"We recently stayed at can collis villa. It was truly spectacular from the moment we arrived. Homerti hosts were there if we needed any advice/queries etc. The villa exceeded our expectations, it literally caters for everything you need. We went as a family of 10, ages ranging from 1-70 years, and suited us all. So spacious that we had plenty of areas to relax either together or alone. Great bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, good showers, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked with crockery and glasses etc., good size fridge. Clean and very comfortable with loads of quirky items to veuw throughout making it forever interesting. The outside space is truly magnificent, so much green space, and well kept garden area with different areas to eat and relax in. Great pool with loungers and tables. We didn't want to leave!!"

"Das Mietobjekt hat unsere Vorstellungen als Familiendomizil weitaus übertroffen!!!! Sowohl indoor als auch outdoor alles perfekt ausgestattet!!! Auch der benachbarte, betretbare Hühner- und Obstgarten gilt als Superbonus. Alle von ( 2,5 - 83 Jahren) haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt!!!"
