Cancellation term

The guest is liable if the pre-booked accommodation has not been used (cancellation, no-show). If re-letting is not possible, the guest is legally obliged to pay the agreed price minus the expenses saved by the host in the amount of 10%. (For more details see AGB www.holzner-hof.de)
