The bus and ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house and allows for convenient access to the ski areas of St. Johann in Tirol and Waidring/Steinplatte; other well-known ski areas like Skiwelt, Kitzbühel, or Fieberbrunn/Leogang can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
A nearby cross-country ski trail entrance is an excellent option for all cross-country skiers.
The proximity to the bus stop not only facilitates access to ski areas but also offers a convenient connection to the center of St. Johann/Tirol (only about a 20-minute walk), with many shopping opportunities and restaurants.
Dogs are allowed and cost €10 per dog/day (to be paid on site).
A small garden with seating is located right next to the private entrance.
