Our luxury chalet is located at about 1500m above sea level in the municipality of Großkirchheim, nestled in one of the largest nature reserves in Central Europe. Away from the large tourist crowds, the chalet is in an ideal location to explore the surrounding landscapes and engage in sports activities. The Hohe Tauern National Park and the Heiligenblut ski area invite you to do so.

Besides a breathtaking view, the chalet for 8 people (max. 6 adults) also offers a fireplace, as well as a private sauna with a view of the fantastic mountain world and a panoramic terrace with seating.
The carport provides space for 2 cars, and your electric car can also be charged here (charging for a fee). A windbreak offers a sheltered access to the chalet.
The newly completed chalet offers approximately 110m2 of living space, spread over 2 floors.
Due to the magnificent view, we have opted for a special layout.
The spacious window front on the upper floor floods the open living, dining, and cooking area with light and provides an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. An open vaulted ceiling gives the room height and contributes to a pleasant room climate. The fireplace, acting as a partition in the middle, creates a cozy atmosphere and warmth. The wood for it can be found in front of the fireplace and more outside. So nothing stands in the way of a cozy evening with loved ones. The comfortable couch invites you to relax and enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer combination. The dining table is located right next to the kitchen island, allowing for a cozy togetherness while preparing meals. Free Wi-Fi and a radio with Bluetooth connection are also available.
Furthermore, there is a WC on the upper floor and next to the windbreak is a room where, among other things, ski boots can be dried.
The spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the sun and the view, as well as to unwind from everyday life. Together, one can enjoy the panorama and simply let the soul dangle, whether after a wonderful day in the blooming meadows of the mountains or after a lovely day in the winter landscape (skiing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoe hiking).
Much coziness is created by the natural materials such as old wood and stone, as well as the high-quality furnishings. Our chalet has been planned and furnished with great attention to detail.
Then, the staircase leads down to the lower floor, where a private sauna with a separate bathroom and a relaxation lounge invites you to unwind and relax. You can also enjoy the beautiful mountain world through large window fronts and step right outside. Another highlight is our whirlpool.
Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed per room, offer space for up to 8 people (max. 6 adults) in a modern alpine living style. Since there is a separate bathroom in the sauna, each room has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. There is also a separate WC in the lower floor.
Details made of old wood and a robust stone floor in combination with wood flooring (all with underfloor heating) also ensure contemporary living comfort combined with traditional elements.
