The Atlantic Sea apartment is a charming 1-bedroom vacation apartment located at the top of a hill, offering panoramic views of the historic center of Albufeira and the Oura. Ideal for couples, small families, or friends, the apartment has access to shared pools and is within a short walking distance to all essential amenities. With a capacity of 2+3 people, the apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. The main living room is bright and multifunctional, including an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living area with a TV. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi access. A small balcony is accessed from the living room, where you can enjoy meals with a wonderful view of the city and the sea. The Atlantic Sea apartment is part of a fantastic complex, with shared amenities to be enjoyed during your stay, including 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, and a gym. The apartment benefits from its proximity to all the amenities you may need for a relaxing vacation, including shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, and beautiful sandy beaches. You don\'t need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we\'ll be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also assist in organizing transfers if necessary. If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. The changeover day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €150 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking fee, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 2 people. From the 3rd to the 5th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applicable.
