Finca Na Pruna is a fantastic holiday home with swimming pool near Sineu, in the heart of Mallorca.
The property has more than 20,000 m2 of land, therefore surrounded by nature, with sheep that graze daily during the winter months, fruit trees and paths where you can walk in complete tranquility.
The house is decorated in the style of a Majorcan country house while offering the comfort of a modern, well furnished and maintained home. It has 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed. is ideal for families or couples. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Air conditioning units (hot and cold) throughout the house to ensure guest comfort.
On the terrace you will find a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, as well as a lovely lounge area with awning next to the swimming pool, large enough to comfortably accommodate all guests. It comes with a ladder for convenient entry and exit.
Please note that the house is located in a wooded area, so it is very important that you do not smoke or light fires outside the allocated barbecue area. Between May 1st and October 15th, the Balearic authorities prohibit campfires and barbecues in forest areas, so we have an outdoor electric grill/barbecue for these months. Group reservations of people under 23 years old are not accepted.
