This return is also the story of a real love at first sight for this very beautiful estate located in in the heart of the PNR Périgord-Limousin. Formerly separate, the houses have found their way back into harmony. their primary vocation to form a single unit. Gilles and Sophie live in an independent part of the estate, close to the gite. Everyone has their independence and can rest in complete privacy. On site, a very beautiful private swimming pool (9x4) with a magnificent terrace with summer kitchen. sheltered. On site, a pond where you can relax. no kill fishing is possible. The lodge has been renovated. renovated with taste and modernity, objects from the original house have been renovated. judiciously chosen and highlighted. Since Sophie is passionate about art, the atmosphere of this house is imbued with it. The 1 hectare outdoor space is enclosed and is also the playground of Slow, their dog.
Area 170 m². Ground floor: living room with lounge area with wood stove. granules which opens onto the courtyard in front, kitchen, toilet, one bedroom (1 double bed 160) with private shower room, separate toilet. This bedroom opens onto access to the garden. the swimming pool and the very beautiful terrace. Upstairs: mezzanine relaxation area, 2 large bedrooms (2 double beds 160), bathroom with toilet. Dog accepted. on request. The house is not recommended for young children (pond, swimming pool and many small steps in the gîte). The swimming pool is secured by a shelter and is open from 1/05 to 30/09. For two-night stays for 2 people, breakfast is included. Mortemart and Prèze golf courses about 30 minutes. Dog reception possible provided that your animal is sociable with Slow, the family dog.
