Located in the "Les Marines de Tarco" residence overlooking Tarco Bay, the villa is just 350m from the sandy beach and nearby shops, including restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, a grocery store, and more. Sports activities are a short 3-minute drive away in Favone, offering water skiing, boat rentals, jet skis, scooters, mountain bikes, sailing, mini-golf, horseback riding, hiking, Via Ferrata, an adventure park, and sea cruises.

This two-story villa features a living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped American kitchen, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers and separate WCs. A semi-covered terrace with panoramic sea views includes garden furniture, deck chairs, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen with a gas grill. A washing machine, ironing facilities, and baby equipment are also provided. Heating is an extra charge during the off-season. Cleaning and linen are optional services available for an additional fee. A security deposit is required upon arrival. The villa is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
