This restored former barn, located next to the owners' house, offers a rural setting in the Domfrontais bocage. It has a bedroom upstairs with a double bed and the option of adding a cot. A large communal garden with games (cricket, rackets, balls) is available. Electric cars can be recharged at an additional cost of €10 per day. The spa is not available in winter.

The gîte is close to the village of Saint-Fraimbault, which has been awarded 4 flowers, as well as to trout rivers and hiking trails. The region is renowned for its gastronomy, in particular its Poiré (pear cider) AOC and Calvados. Sports activities include canoeing at Torchamp, cycling on the greenways and rock-climbing at Fosse Arthour. Domfront, a medieval town and Petite Cité de Caractère, and Lassay-les-Châteaux offer a wealth of cultural attractions.

The gîte comprises a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor. Upstairs is a sitting room with television, the bedroom and a shower room with WC (hydromassage shower). Electric heating, bed linen and towels are included. A tumble dryer is available in the barn. Wifi is available. Cleaning service included.
