This charming 18th-century farmhouse, renovated in 2010 and 2019, is located on a 4-hectare property and offers a peaceful retreat in the French countryside. The spacious ground floor features a cozy entrance, a living room with a kitchen, a lounge area, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are four well-appointed bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, one with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, one with a 160 cm bed and an en-suite shower room, and another with a 160 cm bed, two 90 cm beds, and a dressing room. The farmhouse also includes three showers, three toilets, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower. Wifi access is available throughout the property.

The property is conveniently located just 2.5 km from the hamlet of Brillac and is surrounded by scenic walking and cycling paths. Nearby, guests can enjoy river fishing and explore the beautiful countryside. In the summer months, you can take a refreshing dip in the shared unheated lap pool, which is open in July and August. The private 5000 m² area includes a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. The shared grounds feature fruit trees and are ideal for relaxation.

Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a variety of optional services. End-of-stay cleaning, sheet rental, and bathroom linen are available for an extra fee.
