Night side: You will find 4 bedrooms including 1 140 cm bed, 2 80 cm beds, 2 90 cm beds that can be adjusted to 180 cm and 1 140 cm bed with a view of the pool. One of the bedrooms has a terrace, while another has a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining a bathroom. The set also includes an additional shower room, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.
You can enjoy a large wooden terrace of 60 m² with a view of the pond, equipped with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.
A second gate, on the Bassin side, in the garden allows you direct access to the oyster farming village.
A studio attached to the house offers total independence to the occupants who stay there.
It has an open and equipped kitchen, a living room with a 160 cm sofa bed with a view of the Basin.
The sleeping area also has a 160 cm bed with a view of the Basin, a bathroom with WC.
A small terrace with a view of the Basin in front of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the balmy summer evenings.
You can easily park several vehicles inside the property.
