In a small rural village located in the south of the Massif Central between Mont Lozère and the Gorges du Tarn at 940m above sea level, old stone house dating from 1771, completely renovated, located in the middle of the village.
House composed of a basement and 2 floors.
The basement could possibly be used for for storage.
On the 1st floor: living room (television, wood stove, sofa, storage cupboard, WIFI), equipped kitchen area open to the living room (oven, microphone waves, dishwasher), an equipped master suite a 140 bed with bathroom and toilet).
On the 2nd floor: a landing will serve 2 large bedrooms under an arch, the first of which is equipped with a 140cm bed with a chest of drawers. In the second bedroom equipped with storage space there are two 90cm beds which can accommodate two people
These 2 bedrooms have 2 windows with a breathtaking view of Mount Aigoual. On the same landing there is a separate toilet and a completely renovated bathroom with shower + sink unit + radiator.
