Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, one of which is accessible for disabled people, bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room, a pantry where you will find everything you need for maintenance. On the living room side, you will appreciate the warmth of the wood stove in season.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160x200cm bed) and 1 bedroom (4 90x190cm beds), a mezzanine with an office for teleworking, a bathroom (bathtub).
All rooms are equipped with a storage bed and a reversible heat pump.
In fine weather you may be lucky enough to see the owners' cows grazing in the meadow surrounding the gîte. In the distance, you will have a breathtaking view of Puy Saint Ambroise, a small local hill.

The village of Saint Léon has all the local shops you will need for your stay.
Heating (reversible heat pump) must be adjusted in addition.
