The price does not include: Electricity. beyond of 48 kWh/day (to be paid on site at the current rate), rental of sheets (10€/bed), rental of bath towels (5€/person), cleaning service in end of stay (80€), the comfort option (60€: sheets, bath towels, tea towels, bath mats, tablets and dishwashing liquid, sponge, soap, trash bags, cleaning products, coffee filters, matches, toilet paper, absorbent cloth), pet supplement (3€/night/pet, maximum 36€ per stay). 2 deposit checks will be requested from you. your arrival: 200€ damage deposit and 80€ household deposit.
