This 49 m² holiday apartment, located on the first floor with elevator access, can accommodate up to six guests. Sleeping arrangements include two bunk beds in a cabin bedroom, a double bed and two more bunk beds in another bedroom (note: top bunks are not suitable for children under 6), and a double sofa bed in the living room. Pet policies are not specified and should be confirmed with the provider.

Ideally located for ski enthusiasts, this apartment is at the foot of the Teret, Quarts, and Reguet slopes, just 50 meters from the ESF ski school and ski lift ticket offices, and 100 meters from the center and shops. In summer, tenants have access to a private tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool.

The apartment features an open kitchen, a living room with access to a large balcony with mountain views, a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC. A large, free parking lot is available at the foot of the residence, and a ski locker is also provided.
