Spread across two floors, the apartment features a ground-floor bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The living area is equipped with a sofa and a small television, and the kitchen area provides all the necessary appliances for preparing meals. A small west-facing terrace adds to the charm of the ground floor. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, along with an additional sleeping area with a 120 cm sofa bed (not separated by a door) and a bathroom with a shower. Pets are welcome to stay.

The residence is ideally located on the slopes, offering direct access for skiing enthusiasts. It is also just 500 meters from the village center and the ESF ski school, making it perfect for both seasoned skiers and beginners. Additionally, the apartment is easily accessible, with parking available at the bottom of the residence, and you can even ski directly to and from the property.

In addition to the spacious living areas, the apartment is equipped with essential amenities such as heating and WiFi (available for an extra charge). Services like linen rental are available upon request, and guests can enjoy the convenience of various facilities in the residence. Please note that cleaning is not included in the rental.
