This pleasant 68m² duplex apartment, located in a small 4-story condominium with an elevator (to the 3rd floor, then 15 steps), accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms: one with two 90cm beds and a desk, and a second with bunk beds (two 90cm beds and one 80cm bed). Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is non-smoking. Unnumbered private parking is available at the foot of the residence.

Located a stone's throw from the village center and shops, this mountain holiday home is also 1km from the ski slopes. The east-facing terrace offers a magnificent view of the church bell.

The apartment includes a bright living room with a non-convertible sofa and TV, an equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, induction hobs, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, microwave), a bathroom (shower, washing machine), and a separate WC. Six duvets (150x220cm) and six pillows are provided. A ski closet is available.
