Inside, the villa has a welcoming open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The adjoining utility room has additional amenities such as a washing machine and large American-style fridge.

The villa also features a snug/playroom, perfect for entertainment with a 50” UHD 4K TV, streaming services, Blu-ray player, board games, books, and a pool table that doubles as an air-hockey table. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and black-out blinds for added comfort.
