This apartment, located in a residence built in 1964, offers a comfortable stay in La Clusaz, just 3 km from the village center and with direct access to the Jument 2000 and Transval ski slopes. The 36 m² apartment is situated on the 3rd floor, facing south, with a private garage and a south-facing balcony that offers stunning views of the Etale massif. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bunk beds (140x190 cm) in the sleeping area and a sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room.
The apartment's layout includes a hallway with a sleeping area, a shower room with a shower cubicle, two sinks, a washing machine, and a WC. The living room features a cozy lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and ceramic hobs.
