This spacious duplex apartment, located in a semi-detached chalet, offers 85 m² of living space (including approximately 15 m² under the slope) and is equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests. It includes a small entrance, a living room with an open kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, plus a dormitory. The first bedroom features a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed with two bedside tables and a built-in closet. The dormitory is designed with a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds (one on the mezzanine). The kitchen is fully equipped with double appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge, and freezer. The living room area includes a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with Orange Box, and 3 stools. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The apartment is ideally located 250 meters from the village center, where you'll find essential services such as the ESF office, tourist office, ski rental, grocery store, and restaurants/bars. It's also just 200 meters from the shuttle stop, which takes you to the Ardent cable car or to Morzine. Situated on the edge of the forest, the chalet offers easy access to paths leading to Lake Montriond, making it an excellent spot for outdoor activities year-round. The peaceful setting and proximity to the village center provide the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
Although the apartment comes fully furnished, sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price. However, you can opt for the Comfort pack, which includes these services for €230 for 7 days. Other optional services include baby bed and high chair rentals, linen kits, and additional cleaning services, all of which must be reserved in advance.
