The living room features two BZ sofas for 2 people, a television, and ample storage, with access to a south-east facing balcony furnished with two tables and six chairs. The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, washbasin unit, and WC. The residence offers electric heating, a ski locker, and non-nominative outdoor parking (subject to availability during peak season). Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is non-smoking.

Located just 400 meters from the center of Morzine and the ski lifts, this residence provides convenient access to local amenities and activities. Free shuttles are available nearby, enhancing the ease of access to the ski slopes and village.
