The property’s outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by greenery, it features a large 9x6m swimming pool with a constant depth of 1.80m. Around the pool, you’ll find two terraces, a barbecue, a trampoline, and various spots for sunbathing or enjoying meals and drinks with friends. The property is fully fenced for complete privacy.

Inside, the single-story house offers a comfortable and restful environment. The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, is ideal for relaxing. The independent kitchen has a gas cooker and all the necessary appliances. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the main floor. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all with fans. Two have double beds (one with access to a balcony), and the other two have two single beds each. Two independent bathrooms with showers complete this floor. A cot and highchair are available for families with babies.

Located on Ibiza, the island offers a mix of serene coves, incredible sunsets at Es Vedrà, Benirràs, and the Pirate’s Tower, as well as Phoenician sites. For a more urban experience, Ibiza Town is just 20 minutes away by car, where you can explore Dalt Vila and enjoy Ibicencan cuisine. Pets and events are not allowed. There’s parking for 4 cars.
