The newly built house is divided into 4 levels. The main floor stands out for its open, modern and comfortable concept. The staircase to the upper floors separates the living area - with TV-sat, sea views and exit to the front terrace - from the kitchen diner - with induction hob and exit to the backyard. On this floor there is also a toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with double bed, exit to the private terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. On level -1 we have the laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where, in addition to the sun and the sea, you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The closest beach is Son Bauló, and Can Picafort beach is also nearby, both with turquoise waters and fine sand.
