The furnished porch invites you to gather with family and friends for a delicious barbecue. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy with no direct neighbors.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen-dining area is equipped with air conditioning, a vitro hob, and all necessary appliances. Enjoy meals or unwind with satellite TV and music. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub and bidet completes the layout. If traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. The first floor is closed and not accessible.
