The generous 140m² apartment offers a lot of space and is ideal for groups and larger families who want to spend their holiday with us in Ried.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 living room with ample seating, 1 double room, 2 triple rooms, 1 quadruple room with shower/WC, 1 quadruple room with bath/WC, and 1 room for 2 people (bunk bed) with connecting door. Additionally, we offer 1 separate shower/WC, as well as a large balcony with breathtaking views of the village of Ried. Each room is equipped with satellite TV and WiFi.
As an additional service, you will receive dish towels, bed linen, and towels free of charge. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
Only during the summer months can you also rent a part of the apartment of approximately 70m², which is ideal for a small family and is also equipped with everything you need for your holiday with children. This will make your family vacation a unique experience!
The forest playground, as well as the tennis and football fields, are only a few steps away from the house. The golf course in Uderns is just a few minutes' drive away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and excursions.
We can provide guests with sufficient parking spaces and an e-charging station directly in front of the house.
In winter, we are well equipped for all winter sports enthusiasts with a ski room with a ski boot dryer and changing room. The Hochzillertal ski area is only 1 KM from the house. The free ski bus departs 50 meters from the house. Numerous ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. The Spitaler family is already looking forward to welcoming you and your family!

daily from 5 PM to 8 PM (closed on Saturdays!)
During this time, our guests can, of course for free, unwind in our newly built wellness area.
There, you can sweat it out in the cozy cedar sauna or do something good for your back with infrared.
You can relax on the warm bench or on our comfortable loungers.
A rain shower and cold water hose provide a refreshing cool down.
To ensure you stay hydrated, treat yourself to fresh spring water or hot tea.
Sauna towels, shower towels, and a WC are available in the wellness area.
In summer, the wellness area is closed.
