Our charming holiday apartment is located in the district of Gagering, on the quiet outskirts of Fügen in the Zillertal, in the beautiful holiday region of Fügen-Kaltenbach. Here, where relaxation and adventure go hand in hand, we invite you to spend unforgettable holidays. Our accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and is therefore perfect for families and holidays with friends. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and one with an additional single bed, a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room with kitchen block, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate WC and access to the idyllic garden. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot dryer, Wi-Fi and parking spaces are available free of charge.
In winter, the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region is transformed into a true winter wonderland. The Apart Steinlechner is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gagering bus stop, from where you can easily reach the popular Spieljoch (3 km) and Hochzillertal-Hochfügen (9 km) ski areas by train and ski bus, offering skiers and snowboarders the best conditions. Perfectly groomed pistes, modern lifts and cosy huts ensure unforgettable days of skiing. After an active day in the snow, you can relax in the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen. Enjoy soothing relaxation, exciting slides and a spacious sauna area - the ideal place to warm up body and soul.
The Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region also has a lot to offer in summer. The nearby Zillertalbahn railway station, just 250 m from our house, makes it easy for you to make excursions throughout the Zillertal. Cool off on hot days in the Zillertal outdoor pool in Fügen or at the picturesque swimming lake in Schlitters. For families, the adventure playground in Schlitters offers plenty of fun and excitement. A highlight is the Spieljoch adventure mountain, which offers a variety of attractions for the whole family and a wonderful hiking area. Whether action-packed activities or relaxing walks - there is something for everyone here.

Anreise mit dem PKW: Bei Fügen Ortsteil Gagering Ausfahrt Camping Hell nehmen und dann links halten, nach 100 m rechts in die Schwoagergasse abbiegen. Anschließend nachdem Schwoagerhof rechts und ganz zurück bis zum Stallgebäude, dort geht die Einfahrt zum Haus links ab. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende der Straße.
