Villa Bandellina is located in the greenery of the small town of San Gimignano, in Tuscany. This secluded villa is surrounded by incredible scenes of the rural landscape and offers an intimate atmosphere for the stay of 10 people. It has 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms, swimming pool and a large courtyard, ideal for organizing parties.
The interior of the villa is 250 m². On the ground floor you will find a space for relaxation and dining with modern and rustic details. In the living room there is a large corner sofa that can accommodate the whole group and there is also a TV. In the extension there is a kitchen with a breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped and looks worthy of a real chef. Who you can actually hire to cook for you! Yes, you read that right. The villa offers the service of hiring a private chef who will prepare specialties for you using fresh, local ingredients. You will be able to enjoy the prepared meals in the indoor dining room or in the outdoor dining area.
Upstairs you will find 5 en-suite bedrooms, fully equipped for the most comfortable stay. 4 bedrooms have a double bed, while 1 has 2 single beds. Some rooms have access to a balcony overlooking the countryside. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with shower stalls and towels. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
In the courtyard of the villa there is a 72 m² pool, where swimming on hot summer days will be a real pleasure. There are sun loungers by the pool for those who love the sun, while on the outside terrace there is a relaxing area hidden in the thick shade. There is also a barbecue area for the all-important grilling.
