Cancellation term

If the booking is cancelled, the tenant will be obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time until the day of arrival and is calculated as follows: 7–28 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price 0–6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the agreed rental price
