Beautiful and bright villa with outdoor spaces two minutes from the beach of La Conia, in Cannigione.
Within a complex of villas with private access, Villa Maddalena stands out for its large, well-kept outdoor spaces, and the covered terrace furnished with a relaxation area, a dining table and sun loungers. The entrance to the villa opens onto a courtyard that leads to the main body of the villa and the two separate bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a queen bed. The main structure opens onto the spacious and bright living area, featuring design elements and large windows overlooking the garden, furnished with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers: the first with a queen-size bed is located in the main unit, the second downstairs, in a more private setting adjacent to the courtyard with parking space and gate for access to the beach, one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed, accessible from the courtyard at the entrance.
Guests will benefit from amenities such as air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and direct access to the village beach, located two minutes from the villa.
