Description

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a meal on the terrace with stunning views and a glass of wine. The top terrace also features a barbecue, sun loungers, and a perfect spot for stargazing.

Inside, the spacious, air-conditioned living-dining room is great for relaxing with satellite TV or a book. The fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic stovetop, oven, and microwave, has direct access to the terrace for easy outdoor dining. There are two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower) and three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds and a closet. A cot and high chair are available for families. The property also includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and two radiators.

Located in a central area, everything is within walking distance—restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a bus stop with service every 15 minutes in high season. Nearby beaches include Can Picafort, Formentor, and Port de Pollensa. The town center of Alcudia, with its ancient walls, squares, church, and market (Tuesdays and Sundays), is worth a visit.

The private upper terrace is accessed via communal stairs. Pets and events are not allowed. Exterior parking is available for one car.
