Our flat is located on the upper floor of our holiday home and offers a beautiful mountain view and has two balconies (facing south and west). The cosy eat-in kitchen with upholstered seating area opens onto the beautiful living room with two comfortable sofas. The 1st bedroom (with box spring bed 1.80x2.00m) with natural stone bathroom is directly and openly adjacent to the living room and is only separated by an airy room divider, like in a pretty hotel suite. The 2nd bedroom with natural stone bathroom is located separately, has a box-spring bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and an additional sleeping loft with a sleeping area of 1.80 x 2.00 metres. The third bedroom is located in the gable with two alcoves and a separate guest WC.
Our holiday flat is a green building with solar roof tiles, heating from renewable energies, with high-quality furnishings such as exclusive oak herringbone parquet flooring, natural stone showers and sinks carved from solid blocks of stone.

The nearby bathing lakes of Riegsee, Froschhausener See and Staffelsee are particularly popular. The skiing and mountain hiking areas of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Oberammergau and Bad Kohlgrub can be reached in less than half an hour. Linderhof Castle and Neuschwanstein Castle are only 40 and 57 kilometres away.
The holiday flat is located on the outskirts of Aidling in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, surrounded by the most beautiful natural landscape and the beautiful Riegsee lake nearby (Aidlinger Badebucht only 2km away). There are numerous opportunities for hiking, walking, cycling and mountain biking right on the doorstep. A small football pitch with a view of the Zugspitze and a basketball hoop with practice area are just a few steps away from the accommodation.
