Cancellation term

We do not hope that you will have to cancel your stay unplanned. Should this happen, however, the following rules apply. Travelers who cancel at least 7 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. You will get 50% back at a later date. Otherwise you will not receive a refund.
