Nia Domo 2 house was built in mid-2023, everything on one floor and in a rural location with an unobstructed view over the Cadzand Polder. Dream away with this magnificent view! The beach is about one and a half kilometers away on foot or by bicycle. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, this house is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.

If the tenant cancels a rental agreement for any reason, they are obligated to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a portion thereof.
