The holiday apartment is located in the beautiful 'Garden Ville' complex.
It has a living space of 70 m² and is suitable for 7 people. It is located on the ground floor and has a very large terrace by the garden and pool. Ideal for families with children. It consists of: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
The pool is open from 15.05 to 30.09. It is 25x12m in size and from 1 to 4 mt deep. Swimming caps are mandatory.
Wi-Fi is available and included in the price.
The apartment is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed.

Thanks to its prime location, the holiday apartment is the perfect starting point to explore Lake Garda, its surroundings, and the art cities of Northern Italy.
The complex is situated in a quiet residential area near Lugana, a district of Sirmione. The town center, with restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as the beach, can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Sirmione is also a famous spa resort, and the thermal baths ("Virgilio" spa) are just a few steps away from the complex.
