In the exterior of this magnificent property you will find a large garden area where you can relax in the shade of the trees, a furnished terrace, a porch equipped to extend your evenings and a balcony on the upper floor with beautiful views. The house is situated close to the sea and will be the ideal place to enjoy your holidays. Please note that there are neighbours around, so privacy is partial.
The interior of this fantastic property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room open to the dining room and equipped with a fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, you will be able to use any of the four bedrooms available and equipped with fan, two of them are located on this floor. The first has three single beds and the second has two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and a toilet complete this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. You will be able to use the radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board of the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
The area of Cala Millor is a beautiful residential area in the east of Mallorca with a wide variety of sandy beaches and coves very close by. In fact, Sa Caleta, is located only 50 metres from the flat. From the pedestrian promenade right next to the accommodation, you can walk all the way along the beach to Cala Bona and see the fishing port. About 3 km away is the village of Son Servera where you can visit the old town and where you will find traditional Mallorcan restaurants. A few kilometres away are the villages of Artà , Capdepera and Porto Cristo. In the latter village you can visit the caves of Drach and Hams. In the area of Cala Millor there is a safari and playgrounds for the children and, if you want to go out for a drink in the evening, there is a wide variety of Pubs-Bars. In the area of Cala Rajada, only 15 minutes away by car, you will find discotheques and a great nightlife. If you like sports such as golf, tennis or paddle tennis, the area is ideal. And if you like walking or cycling, there are very interesting and quiet routes such as visiting the Ermita de Artà , the lighthouse of Cala Rajada, etc.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
