The 4 floors condo is in walking distance to the ocean and has a parking space right in front of the door! Starting from the garage and entrance you step up to the first floor, where you have the kitchen, a place for dining and a cosy living area with a fireplace and a balcony, as well as a bathroom for your guests ! Going up another floor you will reach the 2 bedrooms, each having its own bathroom ( one with bathtub, the other with a shower) ! From there a spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop deck and a little kitchen! There you can enjoy the views to the ocean!
