Villa Musadière is a child-friendly villa with heatable pool and stunning sea views.
Its location is near Les-Issambres; an attractive village on the Côte d'Azur with a promenade, shops and restaurants. A sailing school, fine sandy beaches, restaurants and a regular ferry service to the famous Saint-Tropez complete the picture. You will find several golf courses in the immediate vicinity and you can play tennis in the village itself. Hikers can enjoy the nature reserve ; Massif des Maures'.
Our villa is located on a dead-end road. The heatable swimming pool is fenced and has a wide, shallow part; ideal for children to play. On the sun terrace, sun beds are waiting for you. A wide staircase leads to a large terrace divided into several parts. The dining table is on the covered part with direct access to the villa. Then there is a terrace with a wooden lounge: ideal for apéro. If you walk through, you come to a pretty terrace where the views are, if possible, even better. To the side of the villa is a concrete table tennis table and behind the villa is a nice jeu-de-boules court with lighting where you can play until the late hours.
Thanks to the thick walls, the villa is pleasantly cool (there is central heating for the colder months). A spacious living room with sitting area and flat-screen TV (international channels) by the fireplace and the dining area is by the passage towards the kitchen. There are 2 high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a Nespresso machine). On the living floor are 2 bedrooms with box-spring beds. One of the rooms has doors opening onto a private balcony with sea view. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with patio doors to the balcony with sea view. There is a separate children's bedroom with a wooden (bars) cot, a chest of drawers and a camp bed. There is also a bouncer and a changing mat (with cover). There is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Les Issambres has plenty to offer in terms of sports; golf, tennis, hiking, it's all possible. There are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity and in the village itself you can play tennis with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Hikers can indulge in the Massif des Maures, a beautiful nature reserve. Gastronomically, there are also plenty of options: in San Peire, for example, you can visit several fine restaurants and in lively Sainte Maxime there is also plenty of choice.

Although we assume that we will all be able to travel to the South of France from mid-May (Covid-19 doesn't like the sun, we do), we do have a Plan B.
If 1 week before the date of arrival there is a negative travel advice, either to travel or to arrive
or if there is a quarantine requirement on arrival or return, then we offer the following:
Stay planned before 12 June 2021
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and reserve a period for the 2022 season.
You can also choose a voucher. Ideal if you do not yet know exactly when you want to go on holiday next year. The amount of the deposit (35%) becomes the voucher amount. If you have already paid the balance, it will be refunded to you.
In some cases and after consultation, you can cancel a villa, for which a fee of €250 will be charged.
Planned stays between 12 June 2021 and 28 August 2021.
You may choose to postpone your stay and stay at the villa later in the season.
You can choose not to go this year and book a period for the 2022 season.
