The Weißsee Glacier World in Uttendorf is worth a visit in summer and winter.
In winter, it becomes a family-friendly high-altitude ski area with well-groomed slopes of all difficulty levels and kilometers of untouched deep snow slopes. Freeriders, ski tourers, ice climbers, snowshoe hikers, and nature lovers also find numerous opportunities in the high alpine mountain world.
In summer, there are numerous hiking trails for young and old. Via ferratas for beginners and advanced climbers, as well as an indoor climbing wall in the Weißsee Glacier World and the Rudolfshütte are also part of the offerings.
Tip: The recreational swimming lake with bouldering park is an absolute highlight in summer. For variety in winter, the snow-covered day and night cross-country ski tracks cater to fans of cross-country skiing.
