approximately 80 m², separate entrance accessible via an outdoor staircase, 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom, balcony, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom on the 1st floor, furnished garden for shared use with the owner, charcoal grill, storage for skis and bicycles (in the utility room of the adjacent barn), parking for 3 cars; the ground floor is occupied by the landlord.

Around the “Großer Rettenstein,” the most distinctive peak of the Kitzbühel Alps, experiences are guaranteed. In the Wildkogel Arena, at the center of the Hohe Tauern National Park, the peaks can be climbed in various ways and excitingly explored.
Especially for the children, an adventure playground has been created that conveys movement and nature with lots of fun and action.

Your comfortable holiday apartment is only a few minutes drive (approximately 3 km) away. Here, you can relax between fragrant Swiss pine wood and luxurious furnishings.
The newly renovated house is located in a quiet residential area, close to the up-and-coming town center of Neukirchen.
The spacious loft apartment spans two floors and has a separate entrance for Almliesl guests. The ground floor is occupied by the owner. She warmly welcomes you and is happy to provide recommendations and tips if needed.
The apartment was recently completed, with a particular focus on the quality of the furnishings and the craftsmanship of the master carpenters. The scent of Swiss pine wood dominates the apartment and ensures an extra portion of well-being. It has been proven that the power of the Swiss pine can contribute to a healthy sleep.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious, light-filled living area with elegant floorboards and high, solid gable ceilings.
The open construction style connects the living room with a huge lounging couch and flat-screen TV and the top-equipped solid wood kitchen with a cozy dining area.
In the master bedroom, a marmot's sleep is guaranteed. The healthy Swiss pine bed was constructed without nails, and the unbeatable view from the glass front and your own balcony into the Unter- and Obersulzbachtal, as well as of the Großvenediger, is priceless.
What will particularly delight the ladies is the walk-in wardrobe.
What else? The comfort doesn't stop in the spacious bathroom. The combination of linear, modern furnishings and massive, rustic wooden ceilings is convincing.
The first floor of your holiday apartment, with an additional sleeping area, still shows the original construction style of the house and has been partially newly renovated.
For your winter holiday the location is optimal!
The first slope, your entry into the ski area, is only 300 m away. But the ski bus also waits at your doorstep and takes you directly to the action.
Either way, in just a few minutes' drive you can reach the family-friendly Wildkogel Arena ski area and thus the Kitzbühel Alps ski area.
Tip: Fancy a hike into the picturesque Trattenbachtal? You start from your doorstep and hike alongside forests and the sound of the stream to managed huts. We heartily recommend the delicious homemade fare.
