Only 100 m from the beach is this beautiful and newly renovated old fisherman's house. It has 3 levels with space for 4-6 people and an area of 60 sqm. On the upper floor is an outdoor "loggia"
On the first floor is the kitchen, which is fully equipped. Next to the kitchen is a TV room with 2 beds. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large, newly renovated bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the upper level is the penthouse, an airy and bright living room. Here there is a table for 6 people, a sofa group and a sofa bed for two. The entire house is air-conditioned and has a washing machine. There is also a small outdoor loggia with a table and a couple of chairs. From the loggia you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea.

Banyuls is a fantastic place to spend your holidays with your family or friends. You have a large variety of available for all ages : fine beaches, boat trips, boat rentals (with our without a license), jet-ski, deep sea diving, snorkling, canoeing, canyoning, vineyard tours, cultural and historical sightseeing. For hiking enthousiasts the Grande Randonnée 10 starts just outside Banyuls and you can walk for hours in the hills or along the sea.

The train station is located very conveniently in the centre of town, 300 meters from the apartment. You can take the train from Paris, Perpignan, Béziers, as well as Barcelona.
