Impressive house with a view of the sea from Portopetro, consisting of three independent apartments that can accommodate up to 12 guests in total.
The privileged location of the house, right by the sea, promises relaxing moments on one of the 3 furnished terraces, whether sunbathing - there are a total of 7 sun loungers - or dining outdoors while enjoying the view and the fresh breeze. The best part, however, is that one of the terraces provides direct access to the sea.
The house itself has 3 independent apartments - basement, ground floor (at street level), and first floor - perfect for large families or groups of friends who want a bit of independence even on a shared vacation. Each floor has a comfortable living-dining area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and all the appliances and utensils for cooking, a washing machine, ironing board and iron, as well as a private terrace. The basement apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, 2 with a double bed each, and 2 bathrooms with a tub or shower. The apartments on the ground floor and the first floor each have 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds - and 1 bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms have a wardrobe. The living rooms on floors 1 and -1 offer air conditioning and Smart TV. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Portopetro is a quaint village on the coast with many small coves in the vicinity. The bay of Portopetro, with its fine sand and clear water, invites you to enjoy a delightful beach day. You should also not miss the bays of Mondragó, Cala D'Or, or Caló des Borgit. The Mondragó Natural Park is not far away and is ideal for a long walk or a bike ride. The center of Portopetro is about 500 meters from the house and has some bars, restaurants, and a grocery store.
