Welcome to our vacation home. The barrier-free low-energy vacation home with underfloor heating and ventilation (100 m²) is suitable for 2 people (child up to 2 years possible on request). It has a spacious living and dining area, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, guest WC and a beautiful conservatory. It is suitable for walkers and wheelchairs. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are two washing facilities, one of which is wheelchair accessible. The kitchen is easy to use with a walker, but less suitable for wheelchairs. The entrance area is equipped with a ramp to the front door and a ramp to the conservatory. From the conservatory you can access the garden of the vacation home with seating.
Our house has been classified according to the criteria of the nationwide label “Travel for All” and is entitled to use the award “Accessibility tested”.
In our wine and guest house (2 min. walk) we also offer 6 guest rooms. The rooms are equipped with shower and WC, satellite TV. WiFi/Wlan use is free of charge. A bicycle garage is available.Welcome...

Zahlung: Nach erfolgter Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 25 % des Reisepreises fällig, der fällige Betrag muss innerhalb von 8 Tagen an die angegebene Bankverbindung überwiesen werden. Nach Zahlungseingang ist die Buchung garantiert. Der Restbetrag ist bis 3 Wochen vor Anreise zu überweisen.
Stornobedingungen: Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Anreise wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet. Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb 14 Tage vor Anreise sind 60 % des Reisepreises fällig und bei Nicht-Anreise oder frühzeitiger Abreise berechnen wir 90% Ausfallskosten.
