Our spacious holiday home in Nußbaum is located in the picturesque Nahetal – perfect for anyone who appreciates relaxation, nature, and true hospitality. The house accommodates up to 9 people and is available for your exclusive use. It is wonderfully suitable for families, groups of friends, or small groups.
The accommodation spans three floors and is lovingly furnished – with plenty of room to feel comfortable, gather together, and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, several bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a bright lounge, and a large balcony on the upper floor make the house a place where you immediately feel at home.
In selected rooms, there are TVs, and of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For longer stays (or when traveling with children), a washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The barrier-free ground floor, equipped with an outdoor stair lift and accessible bathroom, is also well-suited for guests with mobility limitations. Pets are warmly welcomed, and children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
Parking is available directly at the house: two garage spaces, two outdoor parking spaces, and a public parking lot just about 100 meters away.
Check-in is possible from 2 PM, and check-out is until 10 AM. Upon request, we offer a simple self-check-in and self-check-out option – completely flexible according to your schedule.

Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar.
