Apartment Ale is located on an estate with other apartments. It is an old Tuscan country estate consisting of various buildings.
The apartment, simple but cozy, is situated on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. It has its own private outdoor area, as do all the apartments on the estate, where one can dine and relax. In the outdoor area, there is a private barbecue. Entrance into the kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom.
Each apartment has access to the large swimming pool (25×12). The large garden is also very beautiful, offering plenty of space and views of the beautiful countryside with olive groves facing the sea.

The property is located in Collemezzano, near Vada and Cecina, not far from the sea. The area is particularly quiet. There are no major roads nearby, and one reaches the property through small country roads that wind through the olive groves. To the east are hills with Mediterranean scrub where one can go hiking or mountain biking. In the immediate vicinity are the villages of Bolgheri, Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Casale, and towards the sea, Vada and Cecina. This is an area of famous wines, wine routes, and Tuscan olive oil. It is especially lovely to drive from village to village along the small country roads, whether by car or by bicycle.

Up to the 42nd day before the rental starts, the cancellation cost is the deposit; up to the 15th day, it's 65%, and from the 14th day before the rental starts, it's 75% of the total rental amount. Cancellations require confirmation.
If there is a possibility to rebook the rental property for the canceled period, the deposit will be refunded, and €30 will be deducted for costs.
In the event of a cancellation due to the coronavirus situation, your deposit will be kept valid for another booking.
