Cancellation term

The fees to be charged in case of cancellation of the booked stay are listed below: If cancelled within 61 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations for any reason between 60 days and 15 days prior to arrival: The customer will receive a voucher for the amount paid up to that point, which can be used until 31.12.2022. For cancellations within the last 14 days, a 100% fee will be charged. Notwithstanding the aforementioned cancellation clauses, if the customer cannot reach the booked property due to government restrictions, or if the customer is subject to quarantine measures before the start of the stay, and can provide the appropriate documentation, the fees can be converted into a voucher for an amount equivalent to the amount paid up to that point.
