The apartment is on the first floor of the count's stables, built in 1887. The property borders directly on the park and the old manor house.

Ziethen is north of Anklam. The Peenetal nature reserve from Jarmen to Anklam is a 3,414 ha nature reserve in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, which was designated on May 20, 2010. It encompasses parts of the Peenetal with peat bogs, river moorland, quarry forests and meadows.
