The property benefits from breathtaking sea views over the Bay of Villefranche towards the Cap d'Ail which guests can enjoy from the house itself and the pool area.
The indoor living areas are air conditioned and have been both comfortably and tastefully decorated with features such as exposed ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles. Located on the ground floor is the living/dining area which is light and spacious with large picture windows that slide open into the wall space, bringing the outside terrace inside the house.
